“Wonderful stay the property well maintained and quiet. The staff was helpful and curious. They room was beautiful with plenty of outlets and clean. They have the best shower. Great fitness center clean spacious with a yoga area that lets the sun in. Highly recommend will definitely return on next trip to North Chicago.”

“The hotel is very similar to other hotels around the airport, good for late flights or early departures. Buffet Breakfast is included and staff is kind. The very annoying point is that the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel must be booked online by using a link that you can know only if you call the hotel by phone . Frankly, as soon as the client book the room, this instruction should be given!!! We spent one hour waiting at the “Hotel Shuttle Area” where ALL the other hotels pick the clients...

The suite I rented would be perfect for a bridal party to get ready in (I was in for a wedding while I stayed). Super easy to hop on the El (train) or Metra, and close to may yummy restaurants.”

“The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean. The entire facility is well maintained, and breakfast at the adjacent Jameson’s Charhouse was delicious. The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance of shopping, grocery stores, and the performing arts center (we were in town to see the Queen concert). The outdoor pool had a few small autumn leaves, and the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but overall this hotel is a winner. I would definitely recommend...
